What is DBT and

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) helps parents manage stress, respond more calmly to challenging situations, and improve communication within the family. Parents learn practical skills for emotional regulation, healthy boundaries, distress tolerance, and building stronger connections with their child.

What is SPACE?

SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) is a parent-based
treatment program designed to help children and teens with anxiety, OCD, and related
challenges. SPACE teaches parents supportive ways to respond to anxiety while
gradually reducing accommodations that can unintentionally reinforce it.
